pulled the trigger on a conquest

lucked out and got all the welding done without burning a hole in lower tub.idlers are installed plus all the inner bearings and flanges.Last edited by plott hound; 04-08-2012, 04:35 PM.

On another note I thought you had to pull the frame for a repair this is why I mentioned the factory skid rivets,heck I wish I had a gun to do them they are kinda like very small huck fasteners,and they are tough as can be,thats one reason I never installed my skid plate on my Avenger.NCT

this sucker is far from new,but its super easy to work on.will post some more pictures tomorrow.

cool beans dan67,that makes life so much easier.my argo service manual has no info on the older free floating idler sprockets,only shows how to install retaining clips on the newer style.was not sure if the set screws were supposed to be installed or not.
