Attex Trainer How much is it worth

I have a guy locally saying that he is interested in my Attex 8x8 Tank trainer. I was wondering how much you think it might be worth I don't think I am ready to sell it, but if the price is right. it is apart torn down to finish repairs. It has been on the back burner for a while. I am trying to find a cheap hot stapler to finish the body welds. Does anyone have an idea what it might be worth? How much do you think it will be worth when it is completed?
