Is there an air filter that will go right on the back of the carb instead of that air box ?

Yes. Just get a universal fit Uni-Filter. They sell them at any motorsports store for about $20. Just give them the dimensions of your carburetor and you'll be all set.

Glad to see it up and running! They will hit trees occasionally!

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
            Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Well I hope not. I think I will make a body band now that might stop it from cracking the body if I bump in to something next time

THEY , the ATV's driven by ME and my kids hit trees occasionally. Once you install the body band, hit the trees with the body.
When you hit them with the tires, the axles bend

They work but they use almost double the power that the 18w stock lamps used, so you may find that the charging system won't keep up with them if you use the lights a lot.

LED would be great, but I've never seen any this size for a reasonable price. I use 35w work lights from Tractor Supply, but they still use more power than most of the two-stroke charge coils will keep up with. If you happen to find some LED lights that will fit and they don't cost an arm and a leg, make sure you post your source. There will be people interested!
