  • Whipper. Who makes that seat? Where can I get it and of course how much are they? That looks to be a great replacement for my Starcraft.

    • Whipper,

Have you had any problems with the t-20 shifting in the sloted mounts with all the high HP, or do you use a reinforcement bracket to keep it in place.

      • Nice design, Whipper, but with the trans moved back is there still room for a big two-stroke twin?

Man, I haven't been able to reply (only browse) the board for a while now, mainly due to time constraints, but I'm back. Whipper, I'm HONORED that you want to replicate the frame I put together for George. I'd like to see what it looks like made with real fab equipment versus a rattly old welder and a hydraulic jack-style bender. I myself am using George's cage for my next one, too. It just turned out so mean looking. Sort of a "luck of the draw" thing. I'm psyched to see George's finished project... and now yours!

Big twin?????? How big???? air or liquid cooled???? Vintage or new????? I am sure Whipper has the engine built into the design. There is allot of new two stroke Hp on the market. 100 hp is easily available.

                      • That is an absolutely amazing break through you are making for the 6 wheeler hobby, Whipper! The way you engineered and built that springer, I would imagine that you will be able to show those Rhinos what a REAL machine can do. Good luck with it, and I can't wait to see the pictures and video.

                              • Whipper good luck, wish I could be there to see it. I know the videos will be great judging by what you guys did with cameras back in the 70's. Kill a few "Rhinos" for me.
