Whipper, you are an engineering genius!!! This could be the biggest revolution in the 6 wheel AATV industry ever. I believe that your springer has the potential to help 6 wheelers regain the popularity that they once had back in the 70's. Thanks so much for posting up these videos. GREAT WORK!!!

Like you said that's what R&D is all about! The suspension seemed articulate very well in all of the videos. I'm sure you'll get it dialed in with no problem . Even though you had a failure on the high speed runs I was very impressed with how the machine rode over that ditch!
I'd love to see some pictures of the Heim joint failure if you want to post them.

Congrats Whipper that's the best modification I've seen on these machines!

Whipper, You are the man! Sorry you broke it, but now you know what the weak point is. I'm sure next time you'll have it beefed up so you can further abuse it and find the next-to-weakest point, and so on. I was very impressed with the way the suspension reacted across the ruts. The clips were worth the wait- I watched them all a couple times and played them for the wife (completely unimpressed- my apologies) and the boys (still in awe).

Can't wait to see the next step.
Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

          Your Making me home sick

Whipper you have done a great job of making me home sick, Ahhhh, The desert! I was raised in Phoenix and unless I miss my guess that video was shot on the west side on the road heading to Gila Bend. That aside when can I buy your suspension system for my MAX. You better hurry cuz my son is a production manager (and FAA ceritifed machinist) at Honeywell there in Arizona and I am seriously ready to go there and set up shop with him. Oh the swamps, no the desert, oh the swamps, Now I am home sick. Excellent! Get it on the market!!

That is impressive. To make that happen from vision to test ride with that level of quality is rare.

              Truly Amazing

I have listened to people talk about the lack of a suspension system on our machines since I owned a new Amphicat. I really did not beleive it was possible. I don,t see how this can fail to change the amphib and ATV world. You are a rare man and should be very proud! W. Philip Cox

                * tear running down my cheek * That was beautiful. Simply beautiful

Congratulations Whipper. I know you have got to be excited. I think everyone here is in awe including me. Many many hours finally paid off and I am just glad that you allowed all of us here to join in and share this with you. Again, congratulations and thanks for posting the videos so quickly.

                    Hey Whipper,

Could you build some guards ,similar to the "stick stoppers" that they sell at the local atv shops? That should protect you against the sticks. This really helped prevent this from 'reoccurring" when I had this happen once on my Polaris sportsman.

                        Keep It Your Own!!

If I were in your position, with a revolutionary new design, I apply for a patent & keep it as my product. Regardess of what any ONE aatv manufacturer may offer you, you'll do better if all of them can use your product & buy if from YOUR company. It brings to mind the guy who invented intermitten wipers for automobiles.
                        Just my opinion.

Awesome! Looks clean, smooth and above all - fits like a glove.

I haven't been watching this topic as much as I should have, but did you do any computer analysis for the response, ie spring k constants etc?

95 for a morning low temp. Guess I'll quit complaining about 80. Nice winters out there though.
