Awesome. For you and the sport. I like how the kid was so excited after he saw you when you first started.
    Great work.

Awesome Whipper! I did not see anyone pass you during the race. There’s something to be said for that.

Are you hooked again? Will we be seeing more of your races?

    Hi Whipper,

Incredible, guess that covers it best. Ummm, as per an old conversation we had, I think that covers the crash test crap too.
Glad to hear everything survived without a hitch.

Whipper, That you took your design and actually made it ,without sacrificing the amphibious aspect of the machine and then raced it on a professional track and filmed a lap, AND NOTHING BROKE is pretty much beyond belief. You have done good.

Speaking as someone who just had a Lumbar Fusion with a titanium rod inserted, all I can say is, I am just hopeful that I can get back into my Max, let alone take a beating like that! I may just have to go the Springer route!

Great footage, Whipper! I'll bet it took you back to NATVA, didn't it? My hat's off to the engineering on the Spider- took a terrible beating and pretty much kept up with all the tie-rod turners. Must have been a great day!

Incredible man Thanks for sharing that video with everybody. What great publicity for this hobby and it looked like a blast. You could tell that you were really taking a beating though. Let's see how you feel in a couple of days

As for the DVDs, that thread is still around: http://www.6x6world.com/forums/gener...ng-videos.html

    Great Footage Whipper

    Loved the footage.

I realy didn't think that there would be any "stock" anything out there as you probably thought as well. Being this is the first time on a course like that it was hard to make a accurate setup. 7th was not bad at all. I am wondering can the chains take any more RPM? The machine seemed to handle well in the turns and the straights. I know you have built this machine for recreation not hard core racing any thoughts on building a dedicated racer? Any way glad you and machine made it safely through and a few thumds up from the crowds never hurt. They will not forget your machine simply because it was different you finished and it looked.

P.S. Where do you get your DVD's of the old racing days?
