OH, I think I'll have more Competition than just JBF, although JBF vs. JBF is inevitable, (My initials are J.B.F ) Mad Max has something fast that he's saying even less about. H-Mike, Whipper, Don, George, Racer13, + more fast machines I don't know about, oh, this is gonna be FUN Once motor is rebuilt, in and running, It'll be official, Untill that it's still just the hopefull.


Well, I doubt that....Unless a cylinder goes JPswift on you (sorry JP) I still haven't seen it run all out except on video, but it's thoroughly impressive, looks AND speed, and I can honestly say it was part of the inspiration for this.

Haha, no problem John......Chernobyl, JPswift, same thing. That was a day best left to forget.

Anyways, great work on the racer! It looks like she'll be sitting very wide and low. Keep going on it, we have to keep posting pictures of each others' work so we have even more motivation to finish our rigs in time for Ashtabula.

JP: Do you have a thread or gallery on your racer? I've seen a couple pics, but Now I have to check for more

Steve: I hope so too, The more racers there the better, that's for sure.
ATV: No, it's a cheepie, but it'll carry 2 beers so it's usefull. The blackfoot is one of the few vehicles I haven't had (But seriously, I do have a few Tamiyas, but no 'foot)

OK, Sorry for such a gap between updates, but I'm running till Midnight or so each night to finish in time. Unfortunately there is very little on this that isn't either Fabbed from scratch or seriously customized. Well, photos aren't quite current, but best I've got at the moment.
Due to how far the pipes stick forward in the sled, I did have to re-weld them just a bit (Read: A LOT). Brakes are set, A new Master is coming in, but it SHOULD drop in, hook up and be set. Major Fab work is nearing an end, Of course I need to do a tear-down, clean-up, Paint job and re-assemble once again. It's May already???

You spotted that. It's hard to see things with the shop in the background, but I can't exactly just bring it out everytime I want a picture

Well, I should be running now to test and work out bugs. I need to be ready to go on the 21st. But I need a couple weeks to run it so I gotta finish ASAP, just keep getting put back more At least I have a friend like Jimmy (Mogman) who has been able to help get this to where it is

WELL, Seeing this post sit Idle is getting to me. Both Me and Jimmy ran ourselves ragged to knock this out, but were fought every step of the way. I absolutely despise not finishing something, and this is eating at me. SO.... As we finish cleaning up and doing everything that was put off the last couple months, I'll put up info on where we are, and start the build again. Some of the work will be torn down first since there were rush-jobs that I just don't like. Hope to have some new photos up in a week. Hope to finish end of June, would like to bring it to Ledges or to the October Busco ride.
