 I'd like to try and build one someday, but with modern stuff... Twin Vanguards, 28" tires, a/c.....etc.

 It's Matt Oxender. He was trying to sell it quite a while back on attexatvs.com for $1,200 without the original engines and some of the tires missing. He got it from a guy in Tennessee whose step father was a part owner of Attex.
