Here is how to upload them in the gallery and get them in your posts: http://www.6x6world.com/forums/6x6-w...-pictures.html

If you are just trying to attach them there are more options there other than choosing a URL.

          • Hello all, Im a newbie to the 6x6 craze, (better late than never, I think!?) I recently bought a 74 attex ??? its been repainted so im not sure what model it is, hope sombody can help me figure it out. It has a jlo rockwell 2cyl with twin mikunis, cant find any s/n or identifying markings on it. Do they hide the id pad behind the coils? The frame has a 74 stamped in it before the s/n. It has a t-20 trans and has full gauge package, which after looking at a lot of pic's, seems to be kind of rare? Over all its in pretty good shape, so far after fixing the wiring to the keyswitch, cleaning the carbs, replacing the fuel pump and battery I made my first high speed pass thru the back yard! I was quite supprised with the power and speed of this thing! I see a rollbar and skidplate addition in the near future. I cant wait to take it out to see what it can really do. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! (trying to keep the rookie mistakes to a minimum) Thanx, nuckenfuts

            • Sounds like you found yourself a Thunderchief. There should be an ID plate under the carbs and above the coils on the back side of the engine. If it's the original, it's a 440. Good luck!
Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

              (6) Attex, a Hustler, a Super Swamp Fox, (2) Tricarts, (3) Tri-sports, a Sno-co trike, 3 Dunecycles, and a Starcraft! ...so far

              • Hi I've been involved in building atv's for over 40 years now - from tracked vehicles to large rubber tired vehicles for use in Alaska. I presently live on Vancouver island but grew up playing in the muskegs of northern Alberta Canada. Presently own a hagglund bv206, but started off building an amphibious 8wheel drive in the late 1960's. Good to see a revival of the 6x and 8x's from the past and to be able to connect with others with the same interest.
Also collected a lot of original brochures from the late 60's that I still have.

                • Hi dancer, welcome to the site. Sounds like you have tons of experience with ATVs. Upload some pictures of your hagglund to the gallery if you get a chance. Those are cool machines. See you on the forums.

                    • Hi Jay, welcome to the site. It sounds like you have a great place to use your Max. You are only a couple of hours away from Goldsboro, NC. If you would be interested in bringing your max down to ride with other members of the site we are having a ride the weekend of October 9. Check out the trail ride forum for more information.
