    • Well? I guess reply is the box to hit!
Logging in from Northern Michigan, I have a 2000 Argo Response I bought new in 2000. It has 195 hours on it but I'm getting back into riding it lately, I have the tank tracks a winch and a topper for it. But what got me looking online was an alternative to the twist throttle, so I'm going to start browsing and see if anyone has a idea or if I come up with one I'll post it.
      Thank for letting me join

      • I own a Coot that I bought in 1972. It hasn't been used since 1985 and needs lots of TLC, and in particular, the metal compartment tubs, which have significantly rusted through. I am considering either fixing it up or finding another one to make one unit from the two, or even purchase a functioning Coot.

If anyone has any leads on any Coots, and regardless of their current condition or whether they are project or partial/fully functional units, please advise.

I live in South Carolina and have a cabin in Tennessee, so I would definitely consider driving out of state and/or across several states, including perhaps to the midwest, to buy one. Hopefully, someone out there knows of something somewhere, so please provide any contact info you may have to my email address which is gary@homesc.com.

        Thanks, scgary

              • I'm back.....

Ok. So I'm not technically new.....but it's been like 2 years or more since I was on here. But I'm in the hunt for a 6x6. I'd like to find some options and I can't find very many places that people have 6x6s for sale. Where's the place to go??

                  • Ok thanks Mike. I had been checking on YouTube for updated videos and couldn't find any that weren't really old. I was afraid you guys had all given up the good fight and left.... Glad to see things going strong.

                            • Hi, I'm Carey in Baton Rouge,LA. and recently purchased a Hustler 950 from Stingermax (member). I've already started the continuation of his unfinished restoration. I have acquired a 25HP Kohler to be installed to replace the incredibly heavy cast iron 16HP.

                              • Welcome Laduece. Those 950's are pretty capable machines when built right. Good luck on the build and welcome to the forum.
