Hey guys, Greetings from Russia. my name is Dima.
I bought my ARGO Avenger EFI 3 years ago, mainly for hunting and fishing,
We have our own forum ARGO, but they all write in russian only.
We have invented so many new accessories to it.
I want to share their knowledge and learn many new ideas.
P.s. Sorry my English is bad
Hi Dima, welcome to the site. Your English was fine. In fact, it was better than many of the members on the forum who only speak English. Upload some pictures of your Avenger to the gallery if you have any to share.
Hi, I am currently fixing my dads max IV. We busted the muffler and parked it under a tarp with the plugs out for a few years and and didn't realize leaves where clogging the drains. The chains are shot, sprockets are a little rusty. I think I can chuck the disk breaks in the lath an turn the pits out. now that I have the engine out I can refit the pipes back to the muffler and weld them away from the plastic tub. I tore most of it down in a day and a half all I have left is the two back axles, transmission and the fuel tank. I should finish breaking it down Friday.

Gumbeay, sorry I somehow missed your post two days ago. Welcome to the site. Good luck with your Max rebuild. Just removing the rust can be a big job when they have sat for a while. When you get it finished up you should upload some pictures to the gallery so we can admire your hard work.
I recently purchased a 1985 Max ll. Ive learned a lot from the forum already and just wanted to say Hello. I should have bought one of these 20 years ago because they sure beat a 4 wheeler. I'll post some pics later after I figure out how to do it.

Welcome to the site. I would post a wanted ad in the wanted section for axles/wheels and if you do a search for buffalo bearings on the site you will see some contact info for them. They have treated lots of people good on the site here and gives a good deal I hear. I personally have not dealt with them but everybody seems happy with them,
