New to this forum at 6x6. I have an Argo 650HD Frontier with a 23hp Vanguard and 18" Supertracks. I use the buggy strictly for duck hunting in flooded swamp land in southwest Louisiana. Originally got on this site to research some better track for deeper water use than the supertracks.

Hello all! Thank you all for such a great website and source of information!! My name is Mark and Im from western Iowa. I have been collecting Allis Chalmers and Simplicity garden tractors for years, but just recently rescued a Terra Tiger. It is pretty rough but I think I can get her going again. It came fairly complete but is missing the engine cover and the floor pan, so some fabrication is in order.

First post here, I'm a 8x8 conquest owner and that's the reason I'm here. Owned it for 4 years and am starting to have issues with the clutch / transmission. look forward to getting some feed back when I post my issues. Love the Argo since I own 60 acres of cattail swamp for deer hunting and the argo is the only way to go.

Names Rob, just acquired a 1984 argo 6x6 IC and replaced all the chains, axle seals and bearings, replaced the windshield and did a once over on the motor. I was really impressed to find that parts are still readily available for such a old machine. Riding opportunities are limited right now as the snow continues to fall here in central Manitoba Canada, but looking forward to checking out the swamps here in the spring.

Glad to be here.
I own a 1963 Pengor Penquin amphibious vehicle.
I understand others here may also have some of these units.
Starting a restoration and hope to have it complete by spring.See my photos here.

Christmas Greetings from Newfoundland Canada,
New to the forum, recently bought myself an old Argo vanguard to transport me when I go ice fishing and general use in the woods.
Seems to be in reasonable good nick but will go thru the mechanical bits before I venture to far on it. As I like to my own work and is a bit of a hobby machinist I will no doubt post and comment in the Argo section from time to time and looking fwd to share experience.
