Dave Burres is my uncle - my father was no help clarifying that it was him in that springer b/c he didn't even remember it (even though it says Tru Way on the side). It may have been my uncle, cousin or even my dad if his memory comes back.Comment

whipper's video was the only place i saw the old max springer... I actually bought his video right after i saw a still that had "tru way" on the side of the max - I thought i knew all of my family's old racers.

That cut down RIM is my 2nd favorite machine in the videos. I have a RIM upper body sitting at home waiting for the rest of the machine to come along. My #1 favorite from the videos is the front engine Attex.
I'll have to work on getting an air shot of my Max. It's not going to be easy, but I'll get on that wall one way or another.Comment
