  • Cheap Rollbar

got all this tubing out of dumpsters,3 hoop piece from tire shop used to inflate tractor trailer tires in case they explode.2 hoops bent from exploding tire but 3rd one strait.other 2 1/4 pipe are heavy duty hammock frames.stock aluminum cage is great, only wieghs 26 pounds and makes a great enclosure frame for cab in winter but dont trust it for going fast!it only bolts to upper body with 3/4 bolts and washers.plan on having a couple center sprocket tubes for different gearing choices all higher! steel frame mount cage and racing harness a must.center hoop will have quick disconect recievers on frame similar to a 2" hitch, front will do the same to the upper winch support.extra rear bar going into stock rear upper bodyhole for a little extra support

Great idea, wish I could find some scrap iron like that. Turn out pretty cool.

That is a really cool looking cage. It looks like we might have another 6x6 racer on the site!

I like the Chameleon head lights. The louvered back seat looks excellent. I am looking for a back seat for my hustler if you wan to part wit the old one.

the dirt bike does make it a little top heavy.....but it looks cool since both roll bars will have excellent strait ahead lighting, wanted some light low and and on the sides where obstacles could hinder turning, rocks, tree stumps ect. the one piece all rubber light housing is waterproof and seals in headlight hole in body, nothin holding them in right now but perfect fit! although they are more vulnerable the upper body lip still sticks out further in case i bump a tree and there will be a push bar protecting them as well.
