        From this picture the clutch is smaller (44C?) diameter than stock clutch and does not match the driven, it also looks like the engine is sitting crooked.

          As Jim said you have the WRONG CLUTCH !
          The one you need is 7.1/4" Diameter. The smaller DRIVE clutch will give you the Slower speed.
          There is a guy on here that has the one you need for $150. That is Cheap ! I was going to get it to have on hand. But you need it more than I do.
          Look in Parts for sale.

            Was at a friends house and seen these sitting on a shelf so I'm going to give them a shot, primary is 7 1/4

              Almost done changing the clutches I think this should fix my speed problem the one pic is my new secondary clutch one the the old one

                Unless I have walleye vision, please check one of the clutch alignment threads.

                    The motor wasn't bolted down I just had it sitting in there,got it bolted in a few mins ago and drove it down the road it's like different machine thanks for the advice guys I'll check the treads on alignment to make sure though

                        I pick things up often, however it seems my new glasses may have a perspective view in one lense so I now have to ask.
