  • Max II Throttle Lever

Well mines about broke. Anyone ever use a Snowmobile Throttle block & lever ? I see lots of people using bike levers. If so any recommendations. I like the snowmobile level because thay can be found made of metal.

          Frank,
I think one reason is that with a standard twist grip throttle, If you mount it on the lateral stick it turns the wrong dirrection. You would need a reverse mechanism one to have it feel correct, and i haven't found one yet.
But the handles have been modified before to make it work.

            Hallo Mark.
Thank you for this picture. I will build two joysticks like yours. For me it`s better, to have the two handles in horizontal Direction. I like to drive motorcycle. So it is for me more comfortible

The Swamp Fox, Argo, and possibly a few other AATV used the twist type throttle like on a motorcycle.

A metal lever from a kids bike works great and is more durable, you may have to drill it a bit for the cable to fit but it easier than modifying the sticks and works nice I think I have pics on here of mine
