How much play roughly in inches is ok on the chains? Mine still looks ok but i just wanna make sure they dont start running loose...also...is there a good hour interval for tensioning them?

Dustin, I just tightened them before you got it.
To answer your questions, is a little more difficult. Tension: Tight, but not too tight. You don't want a lot of slop, but also don't want them to be banjo tight. If you had 1/4" to 1/2" movement mid chain with moderate pressure, you are about right.
Tension interval: Check them regularly, I'd suggest when you grease the bearings...at least every 10 hours of use......That hour meter is your friend.

Yeah...im a lil parnoid about stuff on it....it is a rock solid machine and i wanna keep it that waySo yes ill be asking tons and tons and tons of questions because i dont wanna end up taking a nice machine and it being a POS in the end because of my negligance
