Whipper,
I guess awesome covers it about the best. You and Bridget have some of the finest equipment I have ever seen.
It's to bad "progress" means taking away everything that resembles oudoors, nature, and open spaces. I lived 2 miles from anything when I bought this place in 1973, now I have neighbors 40 feet away.

Whooooooo! Whipper, what an excellent video! That trail you went down would test a jeep set up for rock climbing. Amazing. That engine sounds like a small V-8. Perhaps you can find some serious mud and run a quad through it first to give us a point of reference. I want to know how that set up would perform in swamp and mud! When I was a kid we used to go 4 wheeling behind South mountain, it was some of the roughest tough terrain in Arizona(full of washes, sand, hills, climbs and every other wonderful 4x4 thing you can think of). They have since competely covered the area with homes and ruined one of the best 4x4 areas in the world. Progress! Glad your enjoying your machine and that cool Arizona air!Originally posted by whipper-ag View PostShe finally let me drive it. It's awesome. We found a lot of rutty stuff to test it out on today.

That's some rumble coming from that engine. Are you sure it's only a 2 cylinder?
Bravo!!....again!

Whipper ,
That glass pack muffler you installed on Bridgets SS Springer , sounds awesome !
The lower tub shot of the springers shocks moving up and down , with your new cam looked great too !

That looks like a good mod for the Briggs, Bridget, but I'm afraid the fan will be nothing but window dressing. From what I've seen in the videos, the air never gets much chance to slow down around your machines!
I'm sure it will work fine. We used to put similar coolers on our air-cooled street bikes and they cooled them off pretty well even without a fan.

Sounds like a great mod Bridget. I have an intake duct for an Argo that I'm going to install in my Attex. I was going to tinker with this weekend but with temps in the 20s, I did not think I had to worry about keeping my engine cool...I was more concerned with keeping my fingers warm.

Hi Bridget no doubt in my mind he knows what he's doing.
I did something simular on a vw motor a few years ago to add a remote cooler and oil filter.
You folks sure have a nice stable of rides, also must be nice to be looking forward to 90's soon. You remember back here in Ohio we would like to see 50 again.
