I just recently got into this thread now that I currently have a MaxIV. This truely is a labor of love with a need to be satisfied by being creative. My hat is off to you for a job well done.

Now then........ when will we see these mass produced for those of us who do not have this ability to build one? HeHe

I apologize for any mis-understandings. I notice this thread shut down after my last post. All I was trying to do was inspire a discussion of the logic behind how all of this works. Straps or no straps, size of shock, length of A-arms etc. ect.

Ego, Just curious, how will you be adjusting the toe-in & camber with your ball joint set-up? A close-up pic would really help to see how you'll be doing that. These guys love project- in- the -works pics.

If you keep current on the Argo 8x8 springer thread in the argo section of the forum you will see pictures of all of this. As of yet we are still in Proto-Type mode.

I don't have an answer for you right now. One more item to investigate.

I enjoy the R & D. I have certainly learned a lot and I feel more confident about what we're building. Our first one won't be perfect, but it will be a big accomplishment for us.
