wiper motor
Here's the link for the wiper motor I used. It comes with a summer blade,Model # TMC-0091101-14 12V Heavy Duty Marine Wiper Motor with 2-1/3" Shaft and complete 14" wiper arm and blade during winter I switch to a heavier winter blade. Placement is crucial in order to miss the gas cap.

Just thought I'd throw in an update on this blower in the link. I bought one, actually it's a 4" x 3" instead of the 3" x 3" shown. It's 40 degrees as I write this & I just made a successful test run! I'm really impressed so far. I mounted the blower to the upper body just inside the front of the engine compartment on the left side, where the heat seems to generate. I routed the wires & a 3" flexible duct thru the "armrest" on the left side. Right now, I just have the ducting flopping under the dash & have the wires tapped into the aux power plug. Open cab, 40 degrees, this thing moves some heat. It's quite warm. Definitely enough to knock the chill off the feet & hands. I can only imagine how well it would do with an enclosed cab. I'm going to rig up a PVC tee & I think an elbow to direct the heat when I secure it. I figure I'll have only about $50 in this & it seems like it'll be worth every penny.

While playing around, I remembered this discussion & stuck my hand at the front of the tub under my left arm. There really was some warm air coming out there! The right side wasn't so lucky. When I put it back inside, I did a little poking around. I found this blower (Blower fan 3 x 3 12 volt new - eBay (item 160465265892 end time Jan-03-11 09:23:12 PST)) on eBay & I think one of these, mounted just in front of the exhaust with a flexible duct run thru the body & maybe even ducted around in front would throw a little heat just about right. There's even an eyball vent available at an aircraft supplier for less than $20 that would fit the 3" ducting.
