I would agree...and as light weight as he is, he would be pretty hard to keep up with out in the swamp...

can you even imagine what it would be like to be that age and have a toy like that??..wow...i was crazy in luv with an old green mini bike my parents got me (and my dad fixed constantly) at about that age and for a couple of years it was about all I could think about...wish life was so simple these days...

Great job teaching him the "sticks" dad...

Take note of the timeline to run the same course in the wheeled Max 2 (4 Minutes 21 seconds) vs the tracked machine (1minute 49 seconds) on the same course. The tracked machine did the course in less than half the time even though it had a smaller engine (14 hp vs. 18hp). The Adair tracks really make the machine. In turms of tractive force, I can't think of anything out there that allows the use of less power in a more efficient manner. Also of note, on my wheeled machine it was necessary to adjust all four of the chain adjuesters after the ride, the tracked machine required no chain adjustment.

Hey Noel...just curious...which machine got to make the first attempt...and does the path get easier with each pass or harder??

                Too much fun!

Both machines went thru the first time pretty much side by side, Once on the bank we got the camera out and recorded the tracked machine with Eddie driving, then the wheeled machine with me driving, then I drove the tracked machine again. If anything, driving conditions got worse each time. As a matter of fact the first time we drove to the bank, the water was crystal clear and you could see the bottom and skirt the cypress knees. As we churned things up that stinky gumbo got churned up and clouded everything, once the ruts were made they were there. There were no four wheeler ruts at all on that side of River run.
