Finally got to take a look. Looks like the sprocket connected to the short chain (coming from the transmission) moved and allowed the chain to kick off...I had stopped at the Recreative factory recently to get some parts and the guy (not sure of his name) told me to watch that sprocket because it was a weak spot on a 2001. So thanks for the help everyone..and if anyone has any tips of fixing it I would appreciate it.

Use a steel straightedge ruler to line up the jackshaft with the trans output sprocket and the mid-axle drive sprocket.
Go from the trans to the mid-axle, ans you'll probably have to bump the axle in or out to get it lined up.
Usually it's a case of the mid axle walking from the outer bearing lock collar coming loose, it could also be the bronse bushings on the jackshaft itself wearing out and causing the misalignment.
It could also be the axle bushing itself spit out and is causing wobble in the axle.

The clicking you're hearing is likely the U-channels on the T-20 clicking against the case as you pull the top plungers out. The U-channels almost never ride directly on the case, and you have to push the lower plungers in (by pulling the levers back) in order to start to pull the uppers out. There's almost always a point where the resistance changes, and the channels plunk against the case, and acting as the fulcrum to pull the upper plungers out.
It's not a problem as long as this is what it is... My darn RIM and Huslter do it. It's annoying, but doesn't harm anything to my knowledge.sigpic
