In some respects the Mud Ox looks similar in principal to what I see here Triton All Terrain

There is one on fleabay right now.

I like the idea of hydrostatic drive....it's what my muscateer has.

Matt O what is the tub made of plastic or FRP?

Mudd Ox in the show room

          Good Evening Gentlemen.

I have the privilige of having one of the first Mudd Ox available for the market. The vehicle is awsome in design and performance as well as ease of handling. Matt has done an outstanding job in design and workmanship and has produced a machine the commercial market has been waiting for. The machine is even more awsome with tracks installed. Very impressive to say the least.

          Best regards
          Ken

            Hi Everyone,
The Body is vac formed and made of HMWPE plastic. The same type of plastic Argo and max uses. I will be posting specs and more detailed photos as soon as I have a chance to work at the computer. I will also post some videos. I have been so busy in the shop I have not had any time to play... Well, maybe a little...

I went down to the MUDD-OX factory this morning and got to meet Matt.
He showed me his privet collection and then took me out for a ride in a brand new MUDD-OX. This machene should not be compared to the ARGO,it is a whole different beast. The hydrolic drive is in a groop of its own, no shifting to go in reverse just pull levers back.Speeed is how far forward you push the levers. It is incredibly stable on steep inclines and down the trail. WOW I cant say enough on how impressed I am. GREAT job Matt and thanks for the tour today.oh and the MUDD-OX decal. You guys have to drive one of these.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

                  Mudd-Ox test drive

                  Hi Everyone,

I don't post often here but I do check the sight at leat once a day. I enjoy
seeing all the opinions and the echange of info. I have been interested in aatvs for years but never taking the plunge and owned one. On Saturday my wife and I visited Matt and his friend Mike at Mudd-Ox. Great guys, they took time out of their day to show us the Mudd-Ox. They have done an awesome job from start to finish. We got to see the new windshield, looks great. Matt explained alot of the process they went through from design to small detalis and fit and finish. Matt has new soft tops that will be ready by the end of this next week, 1/2 top and full top. We went for a test drive, WOW!! loads of power, easy to manuver and quick to learn how to drive. I am no expert on aatvs, but I have test driven other new machines in the last two months and this is by far the best overall rig I have driven. I'm not knocking other machines, just giving credit where credit is due. My wife loved the Mudd-Ox, I think she did a better job at the sticks than I did. I love to see when guys like Matt and his crew do something like this, it makes me proud to be an American, a little korny but true. I have to wait for a couple of months before I can get an aatv but I know that my first machine will a Mudd-Ox. Matt and Mike great job and thanks again.

                      Hi T

It's not Korny, and thank you for saying your proud to be an American.
                      Semper Fidelis

The machine is great, Matt is in charge of it conception, and construction. I drove it myself and it is quiet a machine. As said not to take anything away from any of the other machines. That is what competition is all about, building a better mouse trap.

Main question will you be able to get the wife out of it so you can get some stick time?

                      Good luck in you endeavors

                            Hey Lewis,

I hope that she wants to drive it all the time. Then I have a good chance
                            of getting a second machine.

My wife bought me my Argo Conquest! Maybe, when I can get her to attend one of the get-togethers, you can introduce your wife to mine & convince mine to go for a Mudd-Ox for me!?! The plan could back-fire & she'll be behind the controls & I'll still be driving the Conquest

                                Hey Art,
There is nothing wrong with that Conquest. I just happen to be looking to buy my first machine and the Mudd-ox came on to the seen at the same time.
You are a blessed man, your wife bought you your conquest. You should buy her a Mudd-ox as payback and she will be so impressed that she'll let you drive it.

                                Good luck,
