Hey Mark, I could not find a fuel pump made by koler. Napa carries one rated from 1.5 to 4psi, will this one work or is there a better choice. Thanks

yamadog, If you buy an electric fuel pump get one that does not exceed 2PSI, i purchased a 1-4 psi one and now have to install a fuel regulator to get the psi below 2. The current set up floods the engine. Does the napa one have a way to regulate the pressure? Otherwise get in touch with a Kohler dealer and get theirs. The cost will be about the same by the time you pay for a non Kohler fuel pump and regulator.
TinmanSmile, it's only gonna get worse.

I finally got my fuel pump from kohler yesterday. It was a bit pricey, but I figured 25,000 for a bigboy toy why cut a corner on something that makes it go. It looks well built. I got it put on last nite, and I'm headed to the swamp today. I hope this helps hot starts as much as the cold air intake helped power. Are there anymore improvements that I can make to help make a great machine even better. thanks to everyone for their help. God Bless

Took ox out to swamp for test run after changes and it runs like a different machine. Does not seem to loose any power what so ever now. Talked to matt and he said I should go ahead a change the spark plug to a hotter one while I was at it. I was on the road when we talked and I couldn't write it down. Does anyone know what the numbers on the new plug are? Mat if you see this shoot me a email thanks.
