Propeller on a Prairie Bobcat (I think)

Hi gents,

I seen this machine on youtube. Not exactly sure what it is but it resemble a Prairie Bobcat 2000serie. The part I need info with is:

1- is it a Prairie Bobcat
2- if not, what is it
3- The propeller system is part of the drivetrain. Anyone ever heard about this? Where can I find something like this?

Any input would be appreciated. Thank you
