Then you loosen set screws in spring tension collars to relieve tension on clutches. Then support end of shaft by clutch cones and drive pins out on them. File or sand any ruff edges of shaft before removing them. Email or call if you still need help.

        I spoke with Jeff (Farmtoybuilder) today about the Terra Tigers. This guy has got to be one of the most knowledgeable experts on Terra Tigers in the nation. He has a desire to help those of us who venture to restore and maintain these very unique AATVs. We Tiger owners are very blessed to have him here & willing to help. Thanks again Jeff!

          Thanks Toyman! It was great talking to you also! I don't know about the nation part But I - we have to thank the owners of this site as well! As this board is the best one for all of us AATV nuts. I will try to get a few pages scanned and emailed to you for reassembling it.
