You have to take complete shaft assembly out to disassemble them. You have to drive both bearings inward from the outside where you removed plates-covers this allows shaft to move sideways it comes out of one side and then you lift it out at angle from other side and remove from machine. Then you loosen set screws in spring tension collars to relieve tension on clutches. Then support end of shaft by clutch cones and drive pins out on them. File or sand any ruff edges of shaft before removing them. Email or call if you still need help.
