what a beautiful weekend it turned out to be. so nice to see all you friends,thanks to america's oldest atv race tradition. i competed in two stroke stock and the everyone race. i can not put in words the feeling i get when i get behind the sticks again for one more race. the track was perfict and i made it all the way to lap six in 2 stroke stock, i was in second when i took the first jump at end of the straight a little too hard and the carb fell off. the everyone race i finished second after some mix up with the flags lol lap 5 had no flag, lap 6 and 7 were white flags and 8 was checkerd, but hey an extra lap was cool with me. thanks to all involved in making atv racing possible, owners, racers and spectators. hope to see you all and more next year.

ps. nice to go home with the machines in one piece for a change. now to get that last inch of travel out of my comet 102c.

That was great George!!! Keep in mind if my racer was done I was going to were my other helmet. The bottle cap was brought just in case.

Amphibious Drew (Red Shirt Guy), my hat is off to you for finishing that race. I was rootin' for ya. You had one of the best seats in the house, ya know. So how'd it feel? Pretty sweeeet, huh?

Looks like Air Bud came in 3rd & Q-Ball came in 4th. That's where they'll go on the Race results list for now.

I THINK that I was third in the free for all. There were a lot of faster machines, but attrition was a huge factor

It was an absolute blast. I worked my but off trying to finish the colt concoction, but it just wasn't happening. In fact a big thanks to Freq42 for helping get the carb swapped on the t-hawk just before the race. It was barely running sunday morning, and without him I probably wouldn't have got to play at all this weekend. I'm pretty sure I was the only one that went straight from the track to the pond too.
