Is anyone with AATVs going to this event next week in Jacksonville, TX? We will have both the 6x6 and 8x8 Hydratrek models in the mud pits.

Adair Argo will be there with two or three Argo's and Robert and his wife will more than likely be there too because they make this event every year with their friends on atv's. They both have an Argo Bigfoot 6x6. The forum member Kghill's might be there too with his Max IV 6x6.

Go put those cocky 4 wheeler and side by side people to shame you guys! And make sure you get lots of good pics and videos. I wish I was closer because I'd really like to make this one."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

I was planning on making the mud nationals but my plans now have changed. I tried to slightly enlarge the metering holes on my non adjustable Nikki carb and now I've turned a really lean fuel condtion into a really rich fuel condition. If I try to twist up the throttle up quickly, this then causes the engine to sputter because the carb is now getting too much fuel. My spark plugs are now a SOOTY BLACK! Looking back now, I should'nt have tried to slightly enlarge the fuel holes, but instead pulled out my choke a quarter of an inch.

I see they are going to have mud national up here in Minnesota, about 100 miles north of me. I have watched the videos of Texas looks like it would be fun with some
6x6 buggies. maybe us northerners, will have to get together ?

This would be great to go to. Does anyone ever enter into any events with the 6x6 or 8x8 machines or are they prohibited? Wish I was going as I have heard only good things about it.[/QUOTE]
Yes, I entered, I can can tell you it was a blast and I think my teamate and I gave a good accounting in the Endurance Race. Digitals and footage to follow upon the return home.
