I'd guess it's either a broken band or a broken output shaft on that side. You don't have any drive at ALL on that side? Forward nor reverse? I've broken and output shaft before, and there was no audible indicator of it failing...

Hey loco, I saw JP's ad but he's in NY, noway to get the tranny to TN intime to ride this weekend. Hydro, I've got absolutely no output on that side, forward, backward, or even sideways!! I'm guessing what ever happened inside is a catastrophic failure (it was rough terrain) so I havn't bothered opening the case at this point. I put an ad on Craigslist for a local T20, if a miracle comes thru and I get one I'll definately be there!

It might be too late but there was a hustler on CL crossvile area last month I went and looked at it had been partially disasembled. But all the parts were still there including thr get drive. Dont know if it still there ill look to see if I still have his # pretty sure it was a t20. The guy didn't know what he had.

went to checkup, ask the doc what the chances on making the trip ,he said no way, to big a chance getting my foot infected, I tried , maybe again in the near future

I might not make it after all. Yesterday, miles into the woods, the left side of the transmission quit working. No wierd signs or noises, and all the linkage still operating like normal. What gives? Or what gave? Not looking forward to splitting the T20 in half.

BINGO rickqa!! The nipple on the diamond shifter is a nub. Now the next Q. Does anybody have a xtra left side shifter I can buy (or even borrow for the weekend)?

Yeah, that friday was pretty hot. Took the hoods off due to all the uphill climbing that day. we got burnt pretty good that day lol
