This first video is when Tim Adair unloaded my Mudd-Ox 8x8 with his tracks on it. Dan told me to turn around and look at what Tim had on his trailor. I was really shocked to see my Mudd-Ox with Tim,s tracks on it on his flat bed trailor. When I asked both Tim and Dan on the phone about what Tim was bringing on his trailor to river run atv park , both of them told me it was a surprize ,and would,nt tell me any thing. Tim and his brother inlaw had been driving through rain for about 8 hours he told me, and the lower tub of my Mudd-Ox had lots of water in it. You can see Tim driving back up the trailor ramps to help drain the water out of the lower tub. I shot a close up veiw of the bottom of the Mudd-Ox tub with Tim,s tracks on it. With his tracks I have 14 3/16" inches of ground clearance !!!

Love those videos mudbug! I can't imagine any quads even attempting to follow you guys through those holes. Who brought down the Super Swamp Fox? That's a cool machine......it certainly looks like you guys had a good variety of machines there.

Rusty was the guy who was driving the Super Swamp Fox. He is a recent amphibious friend that I met online just a few months before our recent October ride that we held at river run, atv park. I have looked at every picture that I could find on the web about the Super Swamp Fox, but until Rusty showed up in his, I,d never seen one in person. The wide lower tub of the Swamp Fox allows it to displace more water than most amphibs made, enabling them to float higher in the water. Because of this feature, they swim pretty good in the water also. Noel Woods on the forum says his Super Swamp Fox is really fast in the water ,with the 26" inch Terra tires on it. We are planning another ride at river run, atv park the week before thanksgiving, and Noel is bringing his Super Swamp Fox with the desiel motor in it. A Super Swamp Fox with a desiel motor in it, and a set of Tim Adair,s tracks on it, would be an awesome mud machine.

We leave the parking lot, me joining the group of all tracked vehicles for an afternoon ride. They immediately dive into this 1/4 mile long reed filled mucky swamp. I was thinking.. is this ever going to end?
Next time, I want to be on the end of a tow rope, smokin' my cigar, and a refreshment in the drink holder.

                    Roger

With the exception of getting high centered in the reed filled swamp , your Argo did pretty well compared to the other 6x6,s that had very aggressive mud tires on them.

Whhhooooooaaaa! Those are some excellent videos! Holding out on us Mudbug? I didn't realize you had so much video of Roger in the swamp. As always an impressive performance by Roger. I think I was up talking with some high lifted quads while all this was being shot. I didn't even know this stuff existed. (I was about A HALF MILE AHEAD WONDERING WHERE YOU WERE?) Once again another impressive performance by Noel and his MaxII and that little Adair equipped Argo Bigfoot. I didn't realize how soft this mud was until I saw the video of Rogers Argo in that sticky awful mud, I was driving along in that awful stuff thinking, well this mud isn't so bad, what's Mudbug talking about? Now I see, now I know! Excellent team with Robert and his wife Kathy in their Argo Bigfoot!

Man that mud was like quicksand in spots.
My little Max2 compared favorably to the bigger machines. I think that with tracks it would be hard to beat.
Will see how my Super Swamp Fox diesel does this week. Tracks in its future too? Maybe so.

Those maxII's with big tires bob like a cork! Have a good weekend, whoever's going. Good luck braving the 70 degree temps It's around zero in Rock Doctor's neighborhood.

Got a report from River Run this morning... 75 degrees, t shirts. Don't know who all showed up, but they're playing hard.
