Thanks for sharing that guys. Enjoyed watching the machines at work!Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

This is Noel's Argo 650 Frontier in the crazy eight mud pit at River Run. This is the same mud pit where the 4x4 monster trucks with tractor tires compete. You can watch these trucks in this mud hole on You tube but the trucks don't make it through this pit very often. This is very soft mud that often buries big trucks.Last edited by mightymaxIV; 04-05-2011, 06:27 AM.

This video shows just how hard it is for big tire , mud trucks to drive through the Crazy 8 mud pit.

Video of John Schwab's old MaxII in the soft mud of River Run, the last half is the best part, you get to see the spilt shifter work in soft mud to help the machine get a different line in soft mud.

That's an impressive little Max2. I like the way it performed. That was with an 18HP Briggs, imagine that machine with a 23. That's also some good driving by Mike, I like the way he leaned out the right side to shift the balance. I do imagine the pucker factor had him attached to the seat though.

Proof positive that the four wheelers know when they have been shown up. I noticed a big smile on the face of Mike and Lee as they pulled out of that last mud pit-Yup we can do it, can you Mr. 4x4?Last edited by mightymaxIV; 04-07-2011, 08:40 PM.
