    L/C 2 stroke sleds are 300 to 800 here ready for the trail. RX1 motor complete, harness to EX for 1K I saw last week.

      well after this last run at the dunes and trashing an inputshaft and bearing [that was new] i'd say 55 h.p is enough
      anything more and its almost uncontrolable at 55 mph, unless your geared low and only can go 35 or 40..

        Is it the hp or torque trashing parts?
        l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

          If I had to make a call at it, I would say that impact, with the combination of dropping the hammer on the gas would take its toll,,,, yup,, I pick the torque over the hp.,,,, maybe loose chains add to it as well, which will create more of a shock to the parts.

            no loose chains and no impact, ran a good hard pull over hills and down..like i normally do
            im sure it had to do with the continuos driving and it overheated and caused the input shaft
            bearing to burn-up and fall apart..thats why i've designed the COOL T-20
