      • In case you guys thought I wasnt coming back, this is the progress so far. Building a 2000sq.ft. shop by yourself doesn't happen too quickly.

        • Wow, lots of room and weather protection now. BTW my 318 is missing the same light.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
          Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

          • The old 300 series were, and still are, a really tough machine. My dad bought my 332 back in 88. There's over 3300 hours on it. The most its ever needed were glow plugs, and deck bearings. My brother has a 318 with a lot less hours. Controls are a lot tighter on his machine!

              • I'm working on getting a door to roll up now so I can get stuff in and out. It's a peaked ceiling, and I want the doors to follow the ceiling instead of just going horizontal. So, takes some modification.

Baby is doing wonderfully! She's over 10 pounds now, and growing fast. She's starting to babble all the time, teeth are starting, and she can just about stand on her own. She loves her daddy! Wife is a little jealous. Mommy has taken a bit to get used to being at home all day with no "real people" to talk tto, so she gets a little mad when I go out in the evening to work on the shop. Hopefully I'll have the next few days to hang out with them though.

                      • Alas, the Magnum still sits on the back burner. Hasn't moved from the place I put it last fall. Shop is a slow going project. We've had a lot of heat this summer, and I'm not too terribly fond of working out in it most days. Baby turned 1 a few weeks ago. Growing like a weed! I have taken on brewing beer (and drinking it), so that's taken up some time, as well as the veggie garden and other projects.

The plan right now is, get all the steel on the walls, then pour the floor. I don't feel like working on a dirt floor anymore. I wish I had a better update for you guys. I think the Argo project may have to wait until during some cold months.

                              • Hope the family is still chugging along well. Any updates on getting the floor poured in the shop? If not, may I make a suggestion? Put PVC pipe in the floor angled to provide electricity before its poured. When ur ready to pull wife, stuff a plastic bag with string on it and use a vacuum on the other end to pull the bag thru. Grab the string and pull ur wire thru. It helps keep walls clear of wire and no guessing where u ran wires when ur trying to add a shelf or attaching a table to the wall later on.
