Im debating rebuilding my 440 or buying this 16hp b&s for $300 , its suppose to run great ,does this look like the right shaft? would I have to change anything on the driveline?would it be a fairly simple bolt up ,put on my old clutch , fab some exhaust and go? thanks

That is the proper shaft. You would need a clutch to put on it, and you would need to change the spring in the driven clutch on your T-20 (which would cost about $20 for the spring). Other than that, like you said just fab up an exhaust and you're set. If it is a good running engine that is ready to bolt in, I would go for it in a second. It is a super reliable motor with a lot of torque. You really can't go wrong."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

(E-Bay?) and a 4-stroke driven spring. Oh, odds are you'll need a different belt too.
