rope recoil help

k, thanks don. i started to put it back together and got the spring connected to the rope guide and did as the manual u copied for me stats and thats "turn it counter-clockwise till you can't anymore" in which it wouldn't stop. so i pulled it back apart and got to looking and it seems as though one of the ends of my spring is broken off. the end that im guessing hooks to the housing, so my next question is where can i get a new spring for it?

CPC parts may have one, Parts for WetBike,Ultranautics,Indian,Jo but they're getting harder to find. Most of the parts places don't stock the parts for the old JLO anymore.

I'll look and see if I've got one, but I don't hold much hope in that!
