have you tried welding your spacers to the sprocket tubes? i think it would have helped in that case. the spacer is 3/4"od so there would be a lot more surface area. the 3/8 bolt is like trying to cut with a dull knife... the 3/4 spacer is more like trying to cut with a baseball bat

i saw your pictures although im not famailar with the machine or set up of the axles and stuff from the pictures it looks like you could cut the broken axle of the sprocket and then drill a 1 inch hole then buy 1'' bar stock cut to the appropriote length then weld the sprocket on to it Taa daa now you have a solid axle and should be much stronger and if you wanted you could drill a larger hole in the center of the sprocket and get a larger bar stock to weld in as your axle. should cost around 30$ in materials and if you have access to a drill press and a welder the rest is free.

          thanks

thats what i plan on doing if i get called back to work. No drill press here was going to buy one but had access to a whole machine shop at work. THE TUBES NEED TO BE BEEFED UP FOR BRUISER. I think it happened because my chains were a little loose/ chain to middle sprocket tight /other 2 loose like a tug of war. I am also waiting to get back to work so i can bring home the plastic welder to finish the wifes thunderchief body. IF i do not get called back soon i am going to sell bruisers powerplant and buy 3/ 16 horse powermax engines
