New to site, Looking for carb Part #

I just picked up an Argo and need a new carb. The previous owner put a different carb because when he got it there was no carb. The carb on there works but jerry-rigged.... The engine is a
OH160 1700 76A. Ser#0015E. Not really sure what all of the numbers mean!!!! Anyways I am looking for the part # for the Carb.
Also when I crank the throttle I only get 1/2 power . I am guessing that is the govenor. How do I attach pics????

Thanks Mike,

When I crank the throttle it goes to the end on the linkage but then drops to the 1/2 way mark....
Also there is no air cleaner and the butterfly valve is not hooked to the linkage. If someone has a pick of the same motor on how it should like could you let me know.... Cheers and thanks for your help.
