At the time I had to get them I just called. Faster than email most times. I was on their site looking for it but there was no pic. I think the owner was Brian and the guy that helped me track down the carb info i was after was named sawil I think, but it's been a couple of years.

I typed in your info. assuming it is a kt 17 and it came up with the m-18 pull start. Part # 2511306. I will try to get some measurements later. Down with the flue bug today.

                        http://http://www.bestsmallengines.c...lerEngine.aspx

I hope this works for you. If not go to oppeengines, click parts look up then scroll down to the page on right (best small engines) then it's straight forward if you fill in all blanks. it shows a picture of flywheel and all parts needed. I'll try to get measurements off mine to see if they are the same as yours. PS My wife has the flue now

Sorry about that. I was trying to get the diagram so you could see all the parts you would need. I never noticed that part # 12 ( the pully the rope wraps around) is not listed.

OK guys, here's what i have. Pully is 5 1/2" in diameter. if you need anymore info. i have left the intake off for a quick measure. Rope is 52" from the handle to the knot but can't tell you how it works as i haven't tried it yet. No need to i guess
