    Another think to consider:is your carburetor adjusted propally?If your oil smells like gas and your oil level is higher than it should,it might well be,that your carb is out of adjustment and floods the engine.excessive oil will be than pushed out the crank case ventilation.
    Low compression,caused by wear or carbonized piston rings (to name the worst case) would have the same effect,it would push oil out the breather tube.
    Those small engines have very small crank cases and tend to spit out oil rather fast under any of those circumstances.

      Hmm yeah hopefully the problem is that "flapper valve" part, but if it persists then i will have to dig deeper..
