You need to remove the carb and clean the casting.
Id numbers should be on the surface with the pulse inlet tube.
WA WT or WTA with numbers after the letters.
    Heres some info.

The carb is actually a Walbro WD, WR, and WDA series carburetors.

Here is a link to the manual.

The center fuel line is the feed and the side/edge bottom port is the return/vapor line/. there is a purge line as well on top. Last page of manual shows setup.

I'd highly recommend replaciing the Walboro with a MUCH more reliable Mikuni VM series round slide carburetor. You'll prevent so many headaches in the future.

Why? I thought that the pulse pump style would work better in off camber situations. Do they just gum up?

How much is a VM carb and is it bolt and go?

Where can i get a VM carb that is the right size/ how do i find the right size?

It's not so much a reliability issue as it is a performance issue, it should run a lot smoother with a mikuni on it and not near as much periodic carb adjustments as with the walbro. For some reason I could not see the pics of your carb but you may be able to bolt on a HR series mikuni carb. What engine is it on? I have a few HR series and if it will work I will send you one.
