Hard to tell all about it, from an iPhone keypad, but you're right, the kids had a blast and I was impressed with how the Argo hauled/pulled everyone up the hill.

And just who was the biggest kid on the hill?????????? new toy to test out...hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Good to create they kinds of memories with your kids wen they are young.....Soon enough they will be all grown up....
Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

Got out in some powder today, and hauled the kids up the sliding hill in the backyard. Will have to edit some vid, but here are a couple pics

Cool photos, looks like a heck of a family outing. Wish we got snow like that in my neck of the woods.

WoW RD....from the looks of the pictures you seem pretty popular in your neck of the woods! Nice to see all of those smiles :-)

Rock Doctor, if I remember right you wrote in some threat (maybe threat was about track tuners) about that you try smaller tires at front and rear. Have you tried that?

                  Hey Marko
I have not done that yet, it will involve remolding the upper fenders of the machine to gain more clearance. I have come to the conclusion that this mod might not help me in the winter. I feel that having a flat contact patch on the bottom of the tracks is prefered to having a curved contact patch. I cant really prove that, but I believe it to be true. I do think it could help in the summer time though.

I'm kinda getting away from my original topic, This started out as a thread on the Belted Adair Tracks, but I've shifted back to my Chained Adair Tracks. The Belted 14" wide tracks do not have enough floatation to combat the deep crystally Snow conditions I have right now. In this clip, I broke the trail uphill at my place, I had fully expected to have to winch up the hill, as the snow was deep and the consistency of Coarse Salt. The vid is a little long (5.5 min) The only edited out footage was of me breaking off some willows to prevent more whippings as I mess around at the top. These Tracks are the Adair 18.5 Snowtracks with no Cleats, Studs, Picks, ect. Just the tracks.

Thanks for your reply That flat contact patch sounds reasonable.

Do you use track tuners with Adair tracks too or only with rubber tracks?
