As you can see in this crappy picture,on the older style track the 2 front ears still bent inward. It is also possible that the entire width of either style is curved inward.
Here is the newer and older styles, the older style obviously bent inward.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Thanks for your input guys. Based on the pictures, it looks like I have he new style. They are thicker. We lowered the pressures back down to normal, tried it again last night. We did discover that once you get going faster than what we were trying, they stop slapping..... Is it possible the new style could ride up the tire too.

it may be that at the higher speed as you mentioned, the tracks tend to stay tighter due to the constant pull on them. i've had tracks that slapped from time to time. also noticed more slap at low speed, especially slowing down. i think as you slow down the slack tends to be on the top track. try going uphill. that's when the pull on the tracks i believe are the tightest on the top. just a few thoughts to help. j.b.

Thanks for the info!!! Would you guys recommend taking out another piece of track? It says to use 28 full segment and 1 half, and I removed 1 full segment. Thinking of removing the half segment, but that's going to be 1 and a half segments less then we started with. Hopefully I can get it together again.
