Help with T20 band adjustments

Hello everyone, I know it has been asked many time here about band adjustments and I don't want to repeat a question that someone has already asked but I have searched the forum for a particular answer but cannot find it anywhere so I will ask again for the measurements on the uchannels that are attached to the plungers...!!! I seem to recall something like 3/4 inch from the trans case to the back side of the u channel or 11/16s in I really don't remember and who ever it was made a measuring stick out of a piece of wood. does any one remember that post??? Thanks and I will apologies if I repeated the same question
