    That must been really tight

Hi I can think of one way that be alot simple than pulling your transmission and that is to go to the hardware store and ask for pipe remover kit. The kit has several different sizes of drill bits as well as several different sizes of opposite threaded bits the odd bits have a square tip so that you can use a adjustable wrench. You simpliy drill a small hole in the middle of that drain plug then you place the special tip into that hole tap it in with a hammer then just unscrew the stuck plug .I've used this type of kit before to remove a oil drain pipe which broke once in my max-2. Good luck Rick

              T-20 update..

I pulled the drain pull from the bottom of the trans and it just was deffinately over filled.. it just gushed out... I bet they filled it to the top inlet plug.... Well i never could get the frozen filler plug out of the T20.. I even welded a nut to it and it never budged.. I ended up pulling the trans and trying to do surgery... Richard the Route 6x6 guru suggested I just leave it and fill the trans from the drain plug.. I ended up adding an elbow to the drain plug to make things a bit easier.. what a pain!!! I eventually jacked the front up and siphoned most of the ATF out then leveled it out and re filled it.. I had to use an oil squirt can to fill it using a small hose shoved in the hole... but it also has to let air escape as it fills .. so it was slow going..
so now on to other things like drive belt tension.. does this look right?
