Old clutch off, new clutch on.

Figured as long as I had the trans out I would rebuild it and change the gearing.

Pressed the old gears off and made gears from hubed gears with hardened teath from Fastenal.

Pressed the new gears on with .003 press and welded with high strength low temp rod for security.

Put the trans back together and install the new driven clutch from Jay as instructed.

Back in and aligned.

This CVTech clutch is AWESOME! Engages just off idle, holds low perfect and works with the 13T T-20 gears like it was ment to be. I love my Max again.
The dog does pretty good in the mud too. Keith.
