I might have missed it, but does your machine have an Alternator? If not, you will want to ease up on the lights. Without an Alternator, they don't put out enough power to run the lights they already have.
I like the 24" Frontier Tires, or if you want to go the Track Route, I have had good luck so far with my Adair Tracks
Upgrading to a 27hp engine was probably the best thing I've done
There are a couple simple Clutch Mods that can really make a difference. Shimming the Primary Spring and changing the PreLoad on the Secondary Spring to hole 1 or 2. (These mods cost you nothing)
I like the new HDI Bearings, and they are a simple mod (especially if you just the the Adapter Kits from Adair)
So many things to try, lol
