In this video I use Whipper's jig to prepare one of the 1 and 1/4" flanges for the axle upgrade.

    Thanks guys.

This video shows the part of the process of preparing the frame for the new bearing flanges. This step would also be used on the 1 and 1/4" axle upgrade Whipper has made available.

That looks like one fun ride. Congratulations on the springer. Do you have a hard time keeping George out of it?

Well Mike, he was a bit leery in June but since he took the Yellow Spider out this weekend, I think I will be sharing a bit more than I'd like.

Well, for those folks who were not at the Ledges Event, Whipper, Bridget and I unveiled a little surprise. Here's my springer. It's been in the works since November. Assembly started in March and was finished just before my trip across the country. I got about an hour and a half of drive time with a JLO 340 in it. It's a blast!! I love it. I'm still cringing as I approach each bump and gully but I'm quickly learning that all I have to do it relax and have fun.

I threw a G50B into it just before packing up for Ledges. Unfortunately the engine developed ignition problems shortly after getting there. One photo was taken in June, the other was taken at Ledges.
    Very nice ride.
