    went and bought 2 more now have an 880 , 900, and 950. will post pictures on the builds are about 95% going to use the 880 as a parts machine lol

    started on the 900 took off top and installed the gas tank and new front bumper need to get trans chains on belt and battery and wire in lights winch and ignition and rear hitch have some pictures plastic is alot easier to work with than the 880 fiberglass lol

      got bumper on and rear cargo rack and made a new front seat also getting angle iron today to do a band will have more pictures saturday

        moving along have the transmission chains on new belt new battery new exhaust now all new wiring and fuel lines tommorrow winch is ready to mount to front bumper and we are getting a body band ready hope to de done by saturday

                new problem cant get engine to fire turns over good then pops and wont spark could coils be bad or points were at a loss

                      first thing you should confirm:
                      is it getting fire to the plugs> if yes, check for a fuel problem. check with a squirt of ether. remember, you just want it to hit , not run, use ether/starting fluid sparingly.
                      if not, get an ohm meter and check to see if you have any current coming from the coils behind the flywheel. if yes, you have a wiring problem. repair accordingly.
                      if no, pull the flywheel and check the condition of the points, the coils, and the magnets in the flywheel...
                      you may also go to the manuals link on the upper left corner of the home page and locate a manual to help guide you through it. I do not know if there is one for the CCW, but I know that the Kohler manual there is a close ringer for it... Luck to you.

                        took apart and condensors behind flywheel were shot and found a burnt wire from one set of points we are getting close thanks for the help pictures to follow when it works lol

                          you may also consider giving shane a call..he has an artic cat 440 fresh and ready to go for 200.00

                              need a walbro wr-6 carb or whatever will work the carb is not good on the ccw-340 twin any suggestions thanks tim
