Max ID list

This is the beginning of the Max ID list. A list we can use to help determine the year of our machine or maybe looking for a machine but want splined axles can find out what year to go back to or... just a fun list of cool information. If anybody has the years of the model produced, axle styles,diameters, head light style change, engine model changes or any other info/changes please let me know. There may be mistakes here at first please let me know. I will edit this as we go. Thanks to all that help here.

If you have a known model and can ID the year with this thread YEAR ID could you post it please. Thanks.

1989 was supposed to be the last model year of the Tecumseh engine. There could have been leftover engines used up in 1980 models but very few.

Hey thanks! I'll edit it when I can get the computer. I'm guessing "up in the 1980" was suppose to be 1990's?
